A store owner has escaped jail time for reportedly molesting two of his employees at Country Club Market.The businessman, Rameshkukmar Lalbhai Patel, 38, entered guilty pleas to two counts of simple assault and was placed on judicial diversion for two years. The diversion means his criminal record can be erased. He was also ordered to undergo a psycho-sexual evaluation.
