A man found sleeping in the parking lot of an apartment complex faces numerous charges after police found six different drugs in his possession.James Cowan Evans Jr., 33, has his next court appearance set for June 19 after he was reportedly found with meth, marijuana, clonazepam, hydrocodone, alprazolam and suboxone on his person or in his vehicle earlier this month. The incident which led to Evans’ arrest occurred April 5 when police were informed there was a man passed out at Arms Apartments inside his vehicle. Evans was found in the driver’s seat of a 1998 Honda Accord.
