A man faces indecent exposure charges after he was caught filling cups with urine in an office at Security Federal Savings Bank.
The man, Chandler S. Lusk, 39, was hit with the charge after an employee of the New Smithville Highway branch noticed him stepping into a side office after he entered the bank.
“He was observed with his penis exposed and was urinating in a cup,” said McMinnville police officer Brad Hall, noting the man told the bank employee that he had to go. “He stated to her that he could not find a restroom.”
The female employee said she noted, in addition to the cup of urine he was holding, another cup filled with urine on the desk. She then instructed him to “take his cups of urine with him” when he left.
Lusk was not through relieving himself.
“He then obtained a third cup and returned to the office area and continued urinating in it,” Hall added.
