School system receives $355K technology grant

Warren County Schools has received a $355,310 grant to improve its access to technology. The grant is from the E-Rate program, which is used to help schools overcome roadblocks to digital education. According to the program, 3-of-5 schools in America lack the technology infrastructure needed to deploy 21st century education tools and the program, with $5.2 billion available in 2017, is for those schools.
