In collaboration with the Warren County Health Department, the annual School-Located Vaccination Clinics will be offered Oct. 28 through Nov. 5 at all schools in the Warren County School District.
If you desire for your student to receive the flu vaccine at school, return the permission form that was sent home.
Health Department nurses will arrive at each school in the order they are listed. The tentative arrival time, at the first school, will be around 8:30 a.m. Nurses will work through the day as quickly as possible. Three schools had vaccinations on Monday. Here are the remaining clinic dates for each school in our district.

For staff who are not able to be present the date/ time the Warren County Health Department is administering the vaccine at your school, there are options. However, they cannot leave a dose for school nurses to give later.
• Go to another school.
• Make an appointment with your doctor or Health Department.
• Go to one of the many local pharmacies offering the flu shot.
The goal is to vaccinate as many as possible so the Health Department nurses will have extra vaccine on hand if you didn’t turn in a form and would like the shot.
