West Elementary is edging Bobby Ray Elementary when it comes to estimated renovation costs. Director of Schools Bobby Cox says an effort is being made to split the $6 million Warren County government is providing the school system between the two schools as evenly as possible. “With the $6 million we have, we’re trying to get as many of the big-ticket items that we can and try to keep it at $3 million, if we can, for each school,” said Cox.
