Rowland earns scholarship; places in Miss TN Teen USA

Warren County High School senior Elena Rowland took home fourth runner-up in the Miss Tennessee Teen USA contest at Austin Peay University this month. In addition, she was selected as the recipient for the Distinguished Tennessean Scholarship Award from UT-Knoxville. Only one student from each of Tennessee’s 95 counties takes home this full-ride, four-year scholarship.
