Former Warren County Executive Kenneth Rogers was struck by a vehicle Tuesday morning. 

According to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department, the accident occurred in the parking lot of Four Lane Market located at 3932 Sparta Hwy. The driver of the vehicle reportedly did not see Rogers walking due to his side windshield being slightly frosted over. Rogers was hit by the driver-side mirror causing him to fall down. The driver of the vehicle immediately called for an ambulance.
