Seth Wright photo Rocky the Snake has returned to downtown and is ready to grow as community members are invited to add their own painted rocks. McMinnville Special Games is holding a free rock painting event on June 15 at the Enrichment Center at 225 Garfield St. from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
A heartwarming downtown project has slithered its way back into McMinnville for a second year.
