Warren County A&L Fair kicks off this weekend. Among the live entertainment will be On the Road Again Show.

A Viola tradition, On the Road Again will take the Fair’s main stage on Saturday. The show features 21 local residents as they lip-sync their favorite country and rock songs. In between those routines, a lively emcee will be offering comedy skits.

Kicking off the set will be Gary Roberts as Willie Nelson performing the group’s namesake “On the Road Again.” He will be followed by Tom Thaxton as Kenny Rogers with “She Believes in Me” and Carolyn Garretson as Minnie Pearl with a very entertaining performance of “How to catch a man.”

The show then heats up with Gretchen Wilson. To paraphrase, she’s here for the party and isn’t leaving till they throw her out. Salem Fulton performs the mainstay of many county party playlists and provides it with an attitude.

Also making the lineup: impersonators for John Travolta and Olivia Newton John, Reba McEntire, Kidd Rock, Patty Loveless, Dolly Parton, Luke Combs, Tanya Tucker, Soggy Bottom Boys, RaeLyn, Elvis Presley, Kelly Clarkson, Marty Stuart, Carrie Underwood, Garth Brooks, Morgan Wallen, Blues Brothers and The Judds.

Ending the show will be a salute to those who serve, an Armed Forces Medley, performed by cast members.

The On the Road Again Show is Saturday, Sept. 10 at 7:30 p.m.
