Registration for Little Fairest coming down stage in August

Little Fairest registration begins Aug. 19. The reigning Little Fairest Josee Lopez will be relinquishing her title at this year’s Warren County A&L Fair.

The 34th Little Fairest of the Fair Pageant will be held Tuesday, Sept. 14 during the Warren County A&L Fair at the grandstand beginning at 7 p.m.

The pageant is open to girls who have been residents of Warren County for at least six months, and between the ages of 7 and 9 by the day of the contest.

Reigning Little Fairest Josee Lopez will be relinquishing her title and crowning her successor.

Registration for the pageant will be Aug. 19 from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Caney Fork Electric auditorium, and Saturday, Aug. 21 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Caney Fork. 

An entry form and a $25 entry fee must be submitted on one of these dates, as well as a wallet size photo of the contestant along with $5 for publication in the newspaper. Applications will only be accepted at these times.

Contestants must attend a rehearsal Sept. 9 in order to be in the pageant.
