Lydia Lozano didn’t pack lightly. The Murfreesboro resident came to the Smooth Rapids campground Friday with wagons full of supplies ready for a weekend of tunes and tranquility. “I think I packed my whole house,” said Lozano as she prepared herself for the festivities.
