Warren County commissioners were in a financially giving mood Tuesday, but not to everyone. Budget and Finance Committee members Terry Bell, chair, Carl E. Bouldin, Ken Martin, Michael Martin and Diane Starkey met for an initial review of proposed budgets for fiscal year 2016-17. Within those were several that included salary increases.Proposed budgets with raises:• Warren County Animal Control and Adoption Center’s budget was approved, including a $2 an hour raise for Warren County Animal Control director Kim Pettrey.
