Warren County used a 20-3 run in the final 3:30 to down the White County Warriors 66-61 Tuesday at Charlie Dalton Gym.
Isaiah Grayson scored a season-high 31 points, including hitting a 3-pointer that ignited the rally after the Pioneers trailed 58-46 with less than four minutes to play.
The Pioneers didn’t take the lead in the second half until Irving Espinoza found Caleb Newby for a layup with 46 seconds left.
Newby finished with eight points, including scoring six straight in the final 1:25. Sloan Seymour added 10 and had several big rebounds and an assist during the run.
Warren County (17-4, 3-1 in district) will be back in action Friday at home against Stone Memorial. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m.
