Pauls Clinic of Warren County has announced it has been awarded a $10,000 grant from the Petco Foundation to support its spay/neuter program.
Pauls Clinic is a nonprofit organization that provides high-quality, low-cost spay/neuter services for Warren and the six surrounding counties. Since 2012, Pauls Clinic has sterilized 6,115 pets for individuals who qualify for financial assistance.
The Petco Foundation investment will help Pauls Clinic focus on helping citizens in DeKalb County alter their pets and reduce the pet overpopulation issues in that area.
“This grant is important in helping Pauls Clinic carry out our mission of Preventing All Unwanted Litters. It provides an opportunity for our clinic to help DeKalb County where there is no organized effort to reduce the number of homeless pets through spay/neuter,” said Villa Mitchell, president/founder of Pauls Clinic.
