Sparta Highway wreck MINIVAN
The Highway Patrol says Carol Simpson was driving this minivan when it collided with an ambulance on an emergency run. She faces several charges.
A patient in the back of an ambulance was killed Thursday in Rock Island when the ambulance with its sirens activated was hit by a minivan. Killed was Clifton Harville, 60, of Crossville. Facing numerous charges for causing the wreck is Warren County resident Carol Simpson, 63.
