A woman caught passing counterfeit money at Walmart will serve no jail time for that charge, but is being jailed for another offense. Naomi Michelle Cole, 41, was ordered to serve 120 days in jail for her sixth offense of driving on a revoked license. She was given full probation for criminal simulation, the charge that resulted from her passing counterfeit bills, but was ordered to make $810 restitution to Walmart.
