Pair arrested for drugs

Two McMinnville residents were arrested following an investigation resulting in the recovery of methamphetamine, marijuana, a Glock pistol and cash. 

On May 23, a search warrant was executed by the McMinnville Police Department and the Warren County Sheriff’s Department at 127 Mauzy Street, Apartment 2. According to the arrest warrants, Scott Worthington, 53 and Mandi Sullivan, 44, were located inside this residence. 

A search of the residence reportedly revealed approximately 10 ounces of methamphetamine, approximately 12 ounces of marijuana, numerous digital scales, baggies and a loaded Glock 22 pistol along with $1,234.00 in cash. According to the warrant, Worthington is a convicted felon for a prior drug offense and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. 

Worthington received the following charges: meth for resale, marijuana for resale, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony and drug paraphernalia. His bond is set at $75,000.00. 

Sullivan was charged with meth for resale and drug paraphernalia. Her bond is set at $9,000.
