Oh deer, officers don't buy Fodor's attempt to pass buck

A man has been released on time-served for leaving the scene of an accident in which he told police the deer he struck jumped into his car and attacked, leaving him riddled with cuts and bruises.The driver, Steve Fodor, was given a six-month probationary sentence on the charge of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage. Police found Fodor’s Buick Regal parked off the road on Old Morrison Road near Pepper Branch Park. The car had sustained heavy damage to the point where the airbags had deployed.
