Nunley charged after girlfriend's shirts slashed

A man has been charged after he allegedly slashed all his girlfriend’s clothes – stabbing them all in the heart area.The man, Charles Tyler Nunley, 24, was bound over to the grand jury following a preliminary hearing on the charge of vandalism.The charges come after Nunley was reportedly directed to remove his belongings from the address he had shared with his girlfriend for a long time. When she returned to the residence she discovered the unusual crime.“She returned home and found all her tops with knife cuts in the heart area,” the warrant against Nunley reads.The case against Nunley is circumstantial as he was charged due to the allegation he was the only person at the address the day in question and that all of his belongings were gone, meaning he had been inside the residence around the time of the crime.
