Fifteen years after an unexplained murder left a shocked community searching for answers, resolution may finally come this week. The trial of Marty Lynn Judd, 56, reconvened yesterday morning after beginning Monday afternoon in Circuit Court. Judd is charged with first-degree murder stemming from the Aug. 28, 2009 shooting death of Rebecca Mooneyham.
