McMinnville Police Department (MPD) and MPD Officer Mark Mara were recently recognized by Tennessee Highway Safety Office during the 36th Annual Lifesavers Conference and 20th Annual Law Enforcement Challenge in Franklin. The conference is held as a way to honor law enforcement for their excellence in child passenger safety, drug recognition, teen driver safety, traffic enforcement and more.
