A mother faces child neglect charges after her 12-year-old son was found walking the streets in his pajamas.The mother, Crystal L. Muncey, 32, is charged with child neglect and will face a hearing on the crime May 24. She was charged after a motorist hailed down a policeman and said he had seen a child walking along the side of the street on Oriole Drive. The officer found the child walking near North Hills Drive.“He was walking barefoot, wearing pajamas,” recalled Patrolman Matthew Stubblefield, noting he then asked the child what he was doing walking along the road in his pajamas at night.
