Two Warren County residents have been charged with vehicular homicide and a number of drug charges after allegedly killing a man Thursday during a police chase that ended in Tullahoma.According to Tullahoma police, McMinnville resident Kayla Brooke Hickey, 21, was driving a 2004 Chevrolet that was running from law enforcement at high speeds. Her passenger was Charleston Dakota Ortega, 22, of Rock Island.They crashed into a pickup truck driven by Joe Moon, 66, around 12:15 a.m. Thursday morning. Moon’s pickup was hit on the driver’s side.
