A man who hid a teen runaway and gave her meth has been sentenced to half a year behind bars. The man, William R. Draht, 38, was ordered by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to serve 180 days of a three-year sentence and undergo the sex offender program for aggravated statutory rape. He is not to have any contact with his 16-year-old victim.
