A convicted felon wrestled with police on Rebel Hill Street over the weekend after he allegedly pointed a gun at his aunt and threatened to kill her.The suspect, Kinsley Fisk, 30, is charged with felony assault, assault, resisting arrest and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.His charges come after police were dispatched to Rebel Hill Street on Saturday regarding a fight that involved several people, one with a gun. McMinnville Police Sgt. Ben Cantrell said he spotted Fisk sitting in a car nearby and tried to get him out of the vehicle.“He kicked at me and refused orders to get out,” Cantrell recalled. “Lashaie Wright, who was also in the vehicle, got out and shoved me in an attempt to prevent me from removing Mr. Fisk.”Fisk had to be forcefully pulled from the car and placed into the back of a police cruiser.
