Special agents from the TBI have arrested and charged a Rutherford County man accused of killing two people and injuring a third in a Cannon County incident last weekend.Robert Jesse Mount, 36, was arrested Friday and faces two charges of murder.At the request of 16th District Attorney General Jennings Jones, TBI agents began investigating an incident that occurred last Saturday, Jan. 14 on Choctaw Drive in Woodbury. There, authorities discovered the body of David Wooten, 42, deceased from an apparent gunshot wound. Two women also sustained injuries in the incident: Elizabeth Clement, 19, and Laura Jastre, 28.
