A man was released on time-served after assaulting his mother, father and son during a domestic dispute at his parents’ home.The man, Cory Ryan Hendrixson, 29, entered guilty pleas to charges of domestic assault, evading arrest and interference with emergency calls. He was given an 11-month, 29-day sentence by General Sessions Judge Bill Locke but was released on time-served.The incident began after his mother woke him. According to the warrant sworn out by his mother, Hendrixson became mad at her and started yelling, threatening his mother as he shouted obscenities.“He pushed her back and started to twist her arms,” the warrant reads, noting Hendrixson’s father warned him to stop hurting his mother or he would call 911.“He got the phone away from him and threw it at his father,” the warrant reads.
