A man accused of being a drunk car thief faces charges after he reportedly stole a vehicle and led lawmen on a high-speed chase, causing a wreck. The suspect, Timothy Dustin Saylors, 22, is charged with evading arrest, resisting arrest, DUI, third-offense driving on a revoked license, theft over $10,000, and violation of the seatbelt law. He will face hearing Feb. 15.
