The process for Main Street McMinnville to find its new executive director could be coming to an end.The organization met Tuesday night and voted to offer the position to Helen Person, a Georgia native and current resident of Farmville, Va. Main Street McMinnville president Dillon Rowland was directed to begin salary negotiations.Person was Farmville’s first Main Street District executive director. She is a certified grant writer and holds a master’s degree in historic preservation.
