A Little Free Library is making its way to Court Square courtesy of Leadership McMinnville.“One of the most successful ways to improve reading achievement in children is to increase their access to books,” said Justin Tanner, president of 2017 Leadership McMinnville. “We believe some of the families who visit the fountain will benefit from the additional access.”McMinnville officials approved the placement.Little Free Libraries are a book exchange that started in 2009 by Todd Bol of Wisconsin. He built a model of a one-room schoolhouse, a tribute to his mother, and filled it with books.
