Warren County High School’s Junior ROTC held its awards ceremony Thursday night, honoring cadets for the 2017-18 school year. Samantha Davis, with a 4.46 GPA, was given a three-year Army ROTC Scholarship to Tennessee Tech to continue her education and become an Army officer. Making the presentation were Tech ROTC recruiting officer Ron Bordon and professor of military science Adam Grim.
