A memorial service has been set for this Monday, April 16, at Park Theater to remember a local 14-year-old who died on Tuesday.
Called “A Celebration of Jackson Dunlap’s Life Through Pictures,” the ceremony will begin at 6 p.m.

“We want to share the joy and beauty of his life,” said father Joe Dunlap.

Doors will open at 5:15 p.m. People are invited to come and gather in the lobby and upper mezzanine area to view pictures of Jackson.

The program is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. with Chris Perry serving as moderator. The family has compiled some of its favorite photos of Jackson and there will be stories to accompany the photos. The formal program is expected to last about an hour.

The family has already had its private ceremony for Jackson. This will be a chance for the public to pay respects and remember Jackson’s life.
