Hiker extracted from trail after fall

Seth Wright photo Multiple first responders and park rangers were at the scene of an accident at 1276 Great Falls Road in Rock Island at approximately 11 a.m. Monday morning when a woman fell and was hurt while walking a hiking trail.
Several area emergency services were called upon for assistance Monday morning, after an accident along one of the hiking trails at Rock Island State Park.
