The TBI is investigating the gunshot death of a prominent local heart doctor who saw patients at Saint Thomas River Park Hospital once a week.Dr. Chester J. Falterman was found dead from a gunshot wound at a shooting range in Woodbury on the Fourth of July. According to Nashville TV station WKRN, a call to the Cannon County Sheriff’s Department was made at 4 p.m. Wednesday from 3175 Pleasant Ridge Road. That’s the address of OK Corral Shooting Range.
