Time is of the essence and it’s an area of contention among members of the county Health and Welfare Committee. During Monday’s 3:30 p.m. meeting, committee members expressed displeasure at the chairman’s decision to slowly push forward the meeting time. On the committee are Michael Martin, chair, Teddy Boyd, Linda Jones, Tommy Savage and Blaine Wilcher.“For the majority of us, this is really conflicting with our work schedule,” said Wilcher.
