Hardiness zones see slight shift

Anthony Witcher of TSU’s Nursery Research Center says the slight shift of zones 7a to 7b in plant hardiness is insignificant for most gardeners and growers in the area, but is a trend to stay aware of and to use as a guideline when considering what and what not to plant.
