Former TBI director Mark Gwyn made his first public appearance since his retirement from the TBI last month in addressing the Rotary Club of McMinnville on Thursday. Gwyn didn’t beat around the bush, immediately tackling the question “What was the thing that made you decide to retire?” According to Gywn, he knew going into his third term it would be his last and said there was no single issue that led to his decision.
