Indictments were handed down Friday by the August session of the Warren County Grand Jury. Included in Grand Jury decisions: • Ashley Anderson and Jose Mendoza were indicted for Initiation of manufacture of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. • Carly Lynn Blankenship was indicted for evading arrest, reckless endangerment, and domestic assault.
