The following people were indicted Friday by the Warren County Grand Jury during its regular monthly session for December.


• Jamie Lee Branin was indicted for possession of meth. 

• James Scott Durham was indicted for aggravated burglary, resisting arrest, public intoxication and indecent exposure. 

• Christopher Colby Elrod was indicted for drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. 

• Jackie D. Ervin was indicted for assault. 

• Carrie Lynne Greene was indicted for resale of meth, driving with meth, drug paraphernalia and improper display. 

• Seth Lee Green was indicted for DUI, driving on suspended, possession of meth, introduction of contraband into a penal facility, traffic control device and no insurance.

• Tommy Ryan Gunter was indicted for evading arrest and driving on suspended. 

• Clayton Rivers Hankal was indicted for domestic assault and child abuse. 

• Brian Scott Hickey was indicted for three counts of violation of the sex offender registry. 

• April Morton Hood was indicted for theft of property, leaving the scene of an accident and escape.

• Kendall Ruth Howard was indicted for simple possession, child abuse, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication. 

• Clarence Edward Hudson was indicted for vandalism. 

• Alexander Jimenez was indicted for DUI first offense. 

• Kelly R. Lee was indicted for domestic assault.

• Cody R. Lester was indicted for evading arrest, reckless endangerment, simple possession, tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

• Larry Randolph Locke Jr. was indicted for possession of meth with intent to deliver, tampering with evidence and resisting arrest. 

• Jennifer Young was indicted for possession of meth with intent to deliver. 

• Brandon Fate Marcum was indicted for theft. 

• Justin Michael Morris was indicted for fraudulent transfer of a motor vehicle and forgery. 

• Tony Dewayne Pack was indicted for possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a revoked license. 

• Joseph Patrick Paprocki was indicted for possession of meth with intent. 

• Casey Ross was indicted for theft of property, burglary and theft.

• James Larry Todd was indicted for DUI first offense. 

• Kenneth Tucker was indicted for violation of community supervision. 

• Thomas C. Young was indicted for theft of property and resisting arrest.
