A man caught with child pornography on his phone was among numerous people indicted this month by the Warren County grand jury.
Included in grand jury action:
Billy Brinkley was indicted for sexual exploitation of a minor. He is charged for having porn on his cellphone. He has been charged for filming his sexual contact with a 4-year-old in Murfreesboro.
David and Maranda Beard were indicted for aggravated domestic assault. They are charged with assaulting an elderly man in the parking lot of Dottie West Field.
Anastacio Mendoza was indicted on charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and carrying a weapon. He is charged after he allegedly threatened an employee at the nursery where they worked with a gun and then fired a round as the victim ran away.
Arthur P. Ikeard Jr., was indicted on the charge of soliciting a minor. He is accused of making sexually explicit remarks to an underage girl.
Tracey G. Parton was indicted on charges of reckless endangerment, evading arrest, aggravated assault with a vehicle and fifth-offense driving on a revoked license. He is charged for leading lawmen on a low-speed chase in his company truck. He was stopped in Coffee County after he side-swiped other vehicles.
Cody Wood was indicted on charges of DUI, reckless endangerment and evading arrest. He is charged with ramming a patrol car during a chase through two counties.
Connie Newby was indicted on the charge of aggravated assault. She is charged with firing over her neighbor’s head after finding him trimming her bushes.
Thomas R. Patterson was indicted on charges of aggravated assault and aggravated burglary. He is charged for forcing his way into another person’s house, looking for his wife.
Keith W. Johnson was indicted on charges of aggravated domestic assault, evading arrest and preventing a 911 call.
