Police say Andrew Glenn jumped out of this Mustang while it was still moving, leaving it to crash in the front yard of a home on Red Road.
A man has been sentenced to serve half a year behind bars after he slammed into another car while running from the law and then tried to seek refuge in a woman’s shower as he fled the scene on foot.The driver, Andrew Glenn, 29, entered guilty pleas before Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to charges of evading arrest, reckless endangerment, failure to stop at the scene of an accident with injury, and aggravated criminal trespassing. He was directed to serve 180 days of a two-year sentence and pay $175 plus court costs. He will be furloughed for part of his term to an inpatient rehab facility.The chain of events that led to his jail time began when a police officer tried to pull over Glenn on Sparta Street.
