Tennessee’s Bobby Wilson 2023 Free Fishing Day will be observed Saturday. On this day, anyone in Tennessee may freely fish in any public waters without a license. The event is sponsored by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) to increase interest in fishing, especially among children.
