Judge Bill Locke issued the following sentences in General Sessions Court.

Richard Cathey was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and fined $750 for possession of meth.

Jerry Brymer was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $400 restitution for vandalism and domestic assault. He was also ordered to take batterer’s intervention courses.

Britton Lane Cantrell was ordered to serve 90 days for failure to appear and violation of probation.

Chad Upton Gannon was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth and simple possession.

Jerry Wayne Hendrixson was allowed to enter the 90-day Second Chance Program and was ordered to take eight anger management classes for aggravated domestic assault and interference with emergency calls.

Susan Michelle Medina was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth. She was granted a judicial diversion meaning the charge can be erased from her record if she gets in no further trouble.

Elton Edward Sanders was ordered to serve 45 days for violation of probation.

Bradley Chance Nash was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-29 sentence for simple possession.

Stephanie P. Vargas was ordered to serve 120 days for violation of probation.
