Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.
In separate cases, Tristan P. Brock, Sheena D. Johnson, William Thomas Vaughn, Dana Hostettler, Kyler Jones and Charles Wayne Muncey were ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.
La’Fredick Maurice Edding was ordered to serve 16 days for failure to appear.
Alyssa Mathis was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth. She was granted a judicial diversion and was given the option to report to rehab instead of jail.
Brittany Leann Musick was ordered to serve 55 days of an 11-29 sentence for driving on a suspended license, possession of meth and failure to appear.
Patrick Lamont Patterson was released on time served, given 11-29 probation and ordered to make $509 restitution for theft.
Hilary Tays was released on time served and given 11-29 probation for perjury and shoplifting.
Jamison Ivy Musgrave was ordered to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay a $350 fine, and have his driver license revoked for one year for first-offense DUI and failure to appear.
Danielle Bowdoin was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence for shoplifting.
Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Luis A. Cordova (revoked to serve), Frederick Michael Hughes (48 hours), Terry Wayne Luna (30 days), Larry Barnes (serve sentence), Jamie Nicole Judge (90 days), Shayna Cornett (60 days), Preston D. Pleasant (60 days), Keith Preston Russell (10 days) and Christopher Woodard (revoked to serve).
