Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

Rebecca Lynn McClure was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Brent Edward Boyd was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth and violation of probation. He must pay a $750 fine.

Jasmine L. Pinegar was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for fifth-offense driving on a suspended license.

Mikaella M. Garcia had probation revoked for possession of meth, child neglect, shoplifting and violation of probation.

Jimmy A. Atnip II was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth. He was granted a judicial diversion, meaning the charge can be erased from his record if he gets in no further trouble.

Courtney Danielle Bowdoin had probation revoked but was allowed to be furloughed to rehab for violation of probation.

Jessie Stephen Judkins was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault and violation of probation.

Damon Shay Perkins was ordered to serve 60 days for tampering with evidence.

Casey Ray Ross had probation revoked and was ordered to serve 30 additional days for violation of probation and possession of meth.

Jacqueline E. Schultz had probation revoked for violation of probation, but she can be furloughed to rehab.
