Criminal and Traffic dockets were heard by Judge Ryan J. Moore Thursday morning in General Sessions Court. Included in Thursday’s action: • Emanuel Onate Angulo pleaded guilty to graduated driver’s license violation and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation and assessed court costs. He also pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed a $10 fine.
