Criminal and Traffic dockets were heard by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions court Thursday, Aug. 8. Included in Thursday’s action: • A capias was issued for Alan Jerome Hayward for a failure to appear. He is charged with driving on a suspended license, financial responsibility law violation, light law violation, and driving an unregistered vehicle on roadways.
