Criminal trial and arraignment dockets were heard on Tuesday by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court. Included in Tuesday’s action:

• Ethan Fleming pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, pay restitution, court costs and stay away from the victim.  

• Joshua Brandon Moran pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. 

• Sandra Dean Moran pleaded guilty to criminal impersonation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, plus court costs. She also pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. These sentences run consecutively.  

• Carlos Price pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, pay restitution, plus court costs.

• Lakevonte Price pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, pay restitution, plus court costs.

• Hesiquio De Lacruz Ramirez pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, $50 fine, plus court costs. He was also sentenced to 10 days in jail for a failure to appear, plus court costs. These sentences run consecutively.  

• Anthony Roberts was sentenced to 10 days in jail for a failure to appear, plus court costs.  

• Johnny W. Trapp pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, $50 fine, plus court costs. 

• Kenny Lynn Arnold waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with assault.  

• Howard Fred Baer waived his preliminary hearing and bound his charge of delivery of a schedule VI drug to the grand jury.

• Randall Keith Boehm waived his preliminary and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with domestic assault.  

• Elijah Bush had a hearing on his violation of probation; the court found him guilty of the violation and sentenced him to 90 days in jail. He also had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind his charge of assault to the grand jury.  

• Tony Samuel Chapman pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 90 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation. These sentences run consecutively.  

• Alexander Constantaras pleaded guilty to violation of bond conditions and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, plus court costs.

• Dominique Desean Cox pleaded guilty to vandalism and was sentenced to 150 days in jail, pay restitution and court costs. 

• William Thurman Crisp pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and was sentenced to 30 days supervised probation, plus court costs. 

• Delbert Wayne Dodson pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and was sentenced to 30 days probation, $50 fine, plus court costs. 

• Dylan Wayne Drake pleaded guilty to possession of a schedule II substance and was sentenced to 75 days in jail, $900 fine, plus court costs. 

• Timothy Dewayne Gay pleaded guilty to the offense of escape and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $350 fine, court costs, and ordered to successfully complete the batterers intervention program. He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was sentenced to 6 months supervised probation. The escape and domestic assault convictions run consecutively.  

• Dustin Blake Hasty pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, successfully complete an anger management course, have no contact with the victim and pay court costs.

• Janet Hendricks pleaded guilty to child abuse and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, pay court costs, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, and successfully complete an anger management course.   

• Brittani A. Ivie pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 120 days in jail. She also pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, $750 fine, plus court costs. These sentences run consecutively.  

• Christopher Thomas Jones had a hearing on his violation of probation. The court found him guilty and he was revoked to serve the remainder of his sentence in jail. He also had a preliminary hearing on the charge of assault. The court found probable cause and bound his case to the grand jury.  

• Emily Jones pleaded guilty to assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, stay away from the victim, pay court costs, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.  

• Tina King pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, pay restitution and court costs. 

• Tavarius Dandre League pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.  

• Shavaughn Meshae Long pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. She was also sentenced to 10 days in jail for a failure to appear. She also pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days, the balance on supervised probation, $900 fine, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment. These sentences run consecutively. She also pleaded guilty to 4 counts of theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, pay court costs, pay $75 contribution to the economic crime fund on each theft count. The four counts of theft run concurrent to each other but consecutive to her other cases.  

• A failure to appear was issued against Brandon Marcum. His bond was forfeited and a new bond was set at $150,000.

• Christian Needham pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 34 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, pay restitution, plus court costs and stay away from the victim.  

• Joshua D. Russell pleaded guilty to simple possession of a schedule VI drug and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, $250 fine, court costs, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.  

• Trisha Dawn Sexton pleaded guilty a violation of an order of protection and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 17 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, undergo a mental health evaluation and follow all recommended treatment and pay court costs.  

• Kayla Sneed pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, pay restitution, court costs and stay away from the victim. She was also sentenced to 10 days in jail, plus court costs for a failure to appear. 

• Donald C. Southers had a preliminary hearing on his violation of probation. The court found him guilty and revoked him to serve the remainder of his sentence in jail.  

• Chad Taylor pleaded guilty to four counts of theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, pay restitution and court costs. 

• Timothy Thomas pleaded guilty to four counts and theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, pay restitution, court costs and pay a $75 contribution on each count to the economic crime fund. He also had a hearing on his violation of probation and the court found him guilty. He was revoked to serve the remainder of his sentence in jail. He also had a preliminary hearing on the charge of assault. The court found probable cause and bound his case to the grand jury.  

• Becky Williams pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, pay a $750 fine, plus court costs, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.
