Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

Derek L. Butcher was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Tracy Cope was ordered to serve 100 days of an 11-29 sentence and have a mental health evaluation for domestic assault and violation of conditional release. She was told to stay away from the victim.

Tyler Wade Deardorff was ordered to serve 120 days for permitting or facilitating escape.

Cheryl Collins was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for two counts of possession of meth. She can be furloughed to Love Lady.

Selena Loveall was ordered to serve 90 days for shoplifting, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, public intoxication, criminal trespass, and violation of probation. She was ordered to make $27.85 restitution and stay out of Walmart.

Joshua Gage Powers was ordered to serve 30 days and fined $750 for possession of meth. He also had his probation revoked and was ordered to serve his sentence, although he was given the option to be furloughed to drug court.

Thomas Joseph Tackett was ordered to serve his original sentence for possession of meth and second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Joshua Wayne Thompson was ordered to serve 5 days for criminal trespass.

John Lake was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth with intent to deliver, simple possession and possession of a firearm with intent to go armed during a dangerous felony. He was ordered to forfeit the weapon.

Adam R. Nation was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of schedule 3 and schedule 4 drugs.

Jamison Garrett Pack was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear and was released on time served for violation of probation.

Benjamin M. Webster was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and make $235 restitution for three counts of shoplifting and violation of probation. He was ordered to stay out of Walmart.
